FRIED RICE (CHOW FUN):
Use day old rice. Scramble eggs
with onions, add rice, roast pork, salt & pepper.
Spread rice mixture over inside
of wok, mix and spread again. Continue cooking
until steam stops coming off rice
mixture. Garnish with chopped scallions.
