Smokehouse (SM) Rack Guide (Pair)

Rack guides for Town’s Chinese smokehouses are sold in pairs (left and right) and must be installed in order to use oven racks.
Rack Guides convert a smokehouse to a large vertical barbecue oven. Rack Guides accommodate up to 9 racks, spaced 3 ½ ” apart. They are easily installed or removed. Guides hook into slots in the upper skewer rests. The stainless steel racks slide into the guides while locking tabs on the guides support the shelf when in the extended position.
