14″ Flat Bottom Mandarin Wok
Product description
Hand hammered Mandarin wok with a single riveted wood handle for use on gas stoves. Hand hammered woks are stronger but are not perfectly flat and are thus not ideal for induction ranges.
Bottom diameter is 8.25″ and is made of 1.25 mm carbon steel.
Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use. Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.
