Blackened Mandarin Wok with Steel Handle (14″, 16″)
Product description
Improved and fully welded construction to resist cracking at handle connection.
- 34700 (14″) woks have a fully rounded bottom and are 0.80 mm thick, with a 6″ steel handle and 4.5″ depth.
- 34706 (16″) woks have a slightly flattened bottom and are 0.88 mm thick, with an 8″ steel handle and 4.75″ depth.
Both sizes are made of blackened carbon steel.
Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use. Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.
