- Extra deep shape allows the chef to easily fold meals when cooking.
- Constructed from 1.25 mm thick carbon steel with a fully welded 5.75″ steel handle and 5″ deep.
- Reinforced handle prevents cracks from heavy use.
- Fits 13” chambers on Town wok ranges.
- 12″ or 13″ wok covers fit best.
Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use. Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.
