Reduces large chambers to a 13” opening for use with a 14”-16” wok, or to a 10″ opening for use with a 12″ wok.

Converts bulk preparation chambers to a la carte service during peak periods.  For use only with Town wok ranges with cast iron chamber rings. Made of heavy duty steel.

Fits Town’s Ecodeck, York and MasteRRange wok ranges only.
