While mainly designed for cooking sheng jian bao (also known as pan fried pork buns or shengjian mantou), this large cast iron pan is also great for gyoza and other fried dumplings.

- Cover sold separately. Handles on pan must be removed before using cover.
Pans must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use.
