Dim Sum Steamer Plate

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

When placed on the top lip of our 229 series soup pots, steam will be directed out of holes in the plate that are made to fit our 6″ bamboo baskets.  The number of steamer stacks will vary based on the size of the pot.  Pots can be used in Town’s York, Ecodeck, and Masterrange series wok ranges.

Steamer plates can be custom fabricated with regularly spaced holes for steam circulation or can be customized to fit your specific cooking vessels such as bamboo steamers, stainless steel steamers, or blanching baskets.  Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
