Stock Pot – Steaming
Drawn from 14 gauge stainless steel, they overlap the chamber so spillage falls on the wok range deck and into the drain.
Steaming stock pots feature a fill bowl and overflow spout, making steaming operations simple. The fill bowl adds a convenient way to dribble water into the pot with steamers on top while the overflow spout allows for the cycling of water inside the pot.
229012STM accepts 12″ aluminum steamers. All others accept stainless steel steamers.
